Ms. Jennifer Jose is a passionate educator who brings a blend of experience, enthusiasm, and cultural insight to her role as a computer facilitator at OES International School Vashi. With a passion for fostering a love of learning and empowering students to reach their full potential, Ms Jennifer brings energy, and expertise to her classroom every day.
With over three years’ experience in the software field and one year teaching experience in an engineering college, she utilizes instructional strategies to create dynamic and engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.

ChandanBala Jain

DR. Chandan Bala Jain, Hindi Teacher of OES International School holds a triple Master’s degree (M.A. in Hindi Literature, M.A. in Economics, M. Ed) and a PhD. As an educator, she inculcates her learning from class I to X with complete dedication and determination to ensure that her subject is learned in the best way by every student. Her hobbies include listening to music and doing creative things in her spare time.

Deepa Srinivasan

She has been in service as a teacher for the past 4 years. She finds herself very fortunate to be in this field where she brings out the curiosity of young minds and shape their lives. Her hobbies are reading, listening to music, traveling, and exploring new places. It gives her immense pleasure to be an educator, as teaching is more than imparting knowledge, it is inspiring change, and inspiring young minds.

Sweta Singh

Ms. Sweta Singh finished the Cambridge training program in addition to earning a master’s degree in chemistry and a B.Ed. from Delhi University. She has completed five years at this institution.
According to her worldview, education expands one’s awareness. She is aware that each pupil is different, having their own interests, challenges, and skills. As a result, she works to establish a welcoming classroom where every student feels appreciated, respected, and empowered.
She enjoys exploring new locations and listening to music. She is an avid reader. She is excited to collaborate with us for the betterment of our kids and is a great asset to our institution.

Shalini Malkani

Ms. Shalini is an expert in the field of commerce. At OES International School Vashi, she is the day boarding manager and facilitator, working in this field for the past seven years. She adores it because she feels she can empower young minds. In her free time, she enjoys painting and listening to quality music. She keeps a record and updates Daycare parents on their child’s day to day activities. Moulding and Nurturing little minds is what she aspires for.

Sheeba Verghese

As a passionate and dedicated facilitator, Sheeba Verghese. is committed to providing her students with an engaging and enriching experience. With 15 years of experience in teaching, she has honed the ability to develop critical thinking and inspire curiosity among learners. She also creates a positive classroom environment where all learners feel supported and valued.

With a focus on continued professional development, she stays up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and technologies to ensure that the learners are provided with the best possible education.
She has completed her Cambridge Training program in Mathematics and obtained a Certificate for the same from Cambridge University.

Archana Rathod

Ms. Archana Rathod is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable of preschool-aged children’s emotional, mental, and physical needs. She focuses on helping our students develop strong social and emotional competencies.

She adheres to an innovative curriculum designed especially for young students. She gives the parents adequate information and keeps the lines of communication open.
She uses a wide range of instructional strategies to instruct kids, such as role-playing games, storytelling, media presentations, etc.
She takes care of every youngster, assisting them in developing social skills and self-worth.

Hetvi Parmar

An effective communicator who promotes a high-performance culture by providing students with the necessary tools to achieve their academic goals. Ms. Hetvi Parmar is a certified Pre-Primary Teacher from OES International School Vashi.

A trained Preschool teacher who imparts the play way method of learning to young ones. She excels at planning creative activities on special occasions. She is an enthusiastic learner who believes in growing herself along with the organization.

Nikita Subin

Nikita Subin as a Kindergarten facilitator feels responsibility laying a solid foundation in a student’s life seeing they are the future of our nation. She believes that the communication skills should be enhanced of next generation at early age to facilitate their learning in a better way.

She is a certified ECCED and specialist in Jolly Phonics preschool teacher carrying experience of years in reputed schools.

Having completed her Bachelors in Maths and Science Pallavi is now pursuing her B.Ed. She feels privileged to be a part of OES international School Vashi. With nine years of teaching experience under her belt, she believes that education should be accompanied by fun which will keep children engaged and engaged throughout the learning process.

She inculcates children from Grades 1-10 with absolute commitment and enthusiasm. She enjoys singing and listening to music.

Shaheen Shaikh

Shaheen Shaikh completed her economics degree and holds a B.Ed. She has worked as a primary school teacher for two years and as a pre-primary teacher for a year. She is happy to have the chance to work at OES International School and eagerly awaits further chances to establish her credibility and apply her expertise, experience, and knowledge to instruct and mould young minds.

Sushma Bhatt

A pre-primary teacher with pleasing persona holding 13 years of practical experience working with young students from reputable Navi Mumbai schools. She is an effective communicator who strives to create a culture of excellence by equipping students with the resources they need, to reach their academic objectives.

Sushma is a certified Pre-school Teacher who is well-versed in puppetry, storytelling, and creative planning for early years programs. She has also introduced play-based learning methods to young children.

Vandana Prasad is a passionate and dedicated primary teacher who brings the vibrant world of learning to life in every lesson.

With 30+ years of experience in teaching and 8 years at OES International School, Vashi, with a strong foundation in the Cambridge curriculum, skilfully integrates innovative teaching methods and interactive learning experiences to engage young minds.

She has been certified by the prestigious Cambridge Assessment International Education and also has won the ‘Most Impactful Better Learning Moments’ Award, the Dedicated Teacher Award from Cambridge University Press, the Samaritan Rotary Ideal Teacher Award, the Best Performance Award at OES International School, Vashi, etc!

Neerja Bhutani

With more than a decade of experience as a French teacher, Bhawna's path has been enriched with witnessing children enjoy a foreign language and culture. Immersion learning is the cornerstone of her pedagogical philosophy because, in her opinion, language acquisition is most effective when context and culture are combined. Her motivation stems from witnessing the shift in students—not just in their language skills but also in their
expanded worldview.
She views being a part of OES International School Vashi as a privilege. As a teacher, she firmly believes that education should be fun in order to encourage participation and engagement from all of the students.

Asma Siddique

An erudite science educator with a fervent dedication to fostering intellectual curiosity and scientific literacy Asma Siddique with a penchant for science having a master’s degree in the field of microbiology with the educational proficiency of B.Ed.
The course of her pursuit as a conscientious educator over the last ten years has left her with great revelations of some of the embedded factors that prompted her decision to turn to this all-important profession. What made her decide to go into preceptorship, might be questioned. It was something more than the choice she made. And it runs very deep: the more and more she works with students, the more and more she realizes to be one of those soldiers whose mission is to enliven and empower teenagers to become independent and self-innovative. Right from the go, she was completely conscious of the great significance empowering entails, as it forms the seed that makes the future and the chance to nourish a well-rounded curiosity that will last forever. Embarking on my gymnastics journey, I transitioned from athlete to coach, driven by a deep passion for the sport and a desire to share my expertise with aspiring gymnasts. Obtaining certification through my national federation marked a significant milestone, solidifying my commitment to excellence in coaching.

Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance my skills, I actively participate in workshops, seminars, and networking events. Staying abreast of the latest training techniques and safety guidelines ensures that I provide the highest level of instruction to my athletes.

Success at regional and national competitions has not only been a testament to my coaching abilities but has also garnered recognition within the gymnastics community. This recognition has opened doors to work with elite athletes and national teams, allowing me to further refine my coaching prowess.

My journey as a national-level coach is characterized by perseverance, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to helping gymnasts unlock their full potential. Ringrachon Lungleng

She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and successfully completed Nursery Teachers Training. With a comprehensive background in both music and Arts & Craft, she has developed engaging and innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Her primary goal as a facilitator is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students can explore their artistic talents, develop essential skills, and express themselves confidently. Through her expertise and commitment to continuous learning, I aim to inspire the next generation of creative thinkers and artists.

Saraswathi Rajmohan graduated with a BA. English literature and Masters in Human Resources Management. She passed out her ECCED Zee Learning with an outstanding certificate.

She is a creative and experienced facilitator well-versed in teaching different age groups of children. She is passionate about helping children reach their full potential and creating a strong foundation for them to build upon for a successful educational future.

She creates an environment that helps small children in their transition to kindergarten by easing them into organized education. Teaching them important elements that they will encounter soon after they enter kindergarten. She contributes to the healthy mental and emotional development of the child so they can more easily adapt to their next level of education.

Mugdha, front desk officer at OESIS Vashi is known for her proficiency in communication, organization, and customer service. Beyond her professional role, she is an enthusiastic traveller who values cultural awareness and adaptability. In addition to her responsibilities at OESIS School, she undertakes a range of administrative tasks outside regular hours. These include coordinating events, managing schedules, and contributing to community initiatives.

Mayuri Kadam

With a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media and experience as a reporter and content writer, Mayuri brings a unique perspective to her role as a Grade II facilitator, affectionately known as a ‘mother teacher’ for her compassionate approach. Manisha Jaiswal

MANISHA JAISWAL is an enthusiastic educator dedicated to fostering a love for learning in her students. Ever since she could remember, she always dreamed of becoming a teacher. For her, teaching is not a job, it’s a responsibility and this responsibility does not end when the class ends. She doesn’t want to cover the syllabus only but she feels the responsibility to inculcate character, ethics, and morality into her learners. Akshata Mogaveera

Yet, as a math and science enthusiast, she is equally captivated by the elegance of mathematical patterns and the wonders of the natural world. Dr Rashmi Choudhry

Dr Rashmi Choudhri is an eminent educationist and is a true visionary. She is a dynamic, passionate, and cheerful leader.

For many years, she has been dedicated to the field of education, striving to create nurturing environments where students can flourish intellectually, emotionally, and socially. Her journey in education has equipped her with a wealth of experiences, from the classroom to administrative roles each shaping my philosophy and approach to leadership.
The school has been achieving greater heights under her leadership and has consistently ranked among the top schools in Navi Mumbai for the last three years by the surveys conducted by Times of India, and Hindustan Times. and Free Press Journal.
She has a doctorate in Chemistry and a dual Master’s degree in Organic & Inorganic Chemistry. She also has a B.Ed. degree under her belt.

She is a regular invitee to many Cambridge Principal conclaves and seminars as a speaker/panellist and is often invited as a motivational speaker. She has spoken about NEP 2020.

She believes in giving society back with an open heart and was associated with the Rotary Club for more than a decade and held office during 2015-16. She also supported underprivileged children by teaching them English through an NGO named Edifice Foundation.
She is currently associated with Manglam Charitable Trust which works with cancer patients.
Her hobbies like music, writing, and sports she has a unique hobby i.e. spreading love in the world.
