    Greetings!
    I am Komal Shetkar.
    Masters in science (specialization Interior Designer) from Vishwakarma institutes (Pune) and Graduate from SNDT college (Juhu) Mumbai. Pursuing Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCED) from Safal Institute. I have always been passionate to become a teacher and facilitate young children. Motherhood gave me the love for teaching small children and so I am happily loving and embracing my teaching career with Oes International School as a Pre-primary teacher.

    Making learning fun and interesting for my children and doing fun activities for learning concepts and improving fine motor and gross motor skills of children. Planning creative activities for improving hand – eye coordination and building vocabulary for children. Teaching them basic etiquettes, group activities, individual activities teaching them team building, sharing and grooming them has been a wonderful experience for me and gives me immense pleasure and I wish to continue this happy and fun teaching journey. I am an Interior Designer and Vastu Shastra consultant, I have worked as a Vastu shastra consultant for both commercial and residential projects and as a junior designer for both residential and commercial projects.

    Mr. Esvaraiya Vijaykumar

    As a Robotics Teacher at our Cambridge Board school, he is dedicated to inspiring students through the dynamic world of technology, innovation, and design thinking. He believes that robotics is a powerful medium to nurture curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills, preparing learners for the challenges of the future.

    Ms. Muskan Sharma

Ms. Sharma has completed her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and holds a Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) with specialization in teaching children with hearing and visual impairments.     Ms. Nahid Khan

    Ms. Nahid Khan is a distinguished educator in Commerce, Economics, and Mathematics, known for her academic rigor and thoughtful, student-centered approach. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Commerce and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management, reflecting her strong commitment to scholarship and research-informed teaching.

    Her classroom fosters a culture of intellectual curiosity, critical inquiry, and purposeful learning. By integrating interdisciplinary perspectives with contemporary methodologies, she enables students to develop analytical depth, conceptual clarity, and independent thinking.

    Akshata Amirtharaj, an MBA (HR) degree holder, is a dynamic Admission Counsellor at OES International School, known for her warm and friendly approach. She connects effortlessly with families and guides them through the admission journey with clarity and confidence, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. She also brings valuable exposure to a diverse international community, including families from the UK, USA, and the Philippines.

    Reshma Mulani
    Reshma Mulani exemplifies the institution’s commitment to nurturing inspiring educators. With over six years of rich teaching experience, including a significant tenure at OES International School, she brings both expertise and enthusiasm to her classroom practice.

    Holding a Master’s degree in Mathematics along with a Bachelor of Education, she possesses a strong academic foundation that is clearly reflected in her teaching. She is known for transforming Mathematics into an engaging and enjoyable subject through creative and innovative strategies.     She brings 12 years of experience in the teaching field, working with Sr. KG to Grade 1 students in the areas of Foundational Literacy, Numeracy, Awareness, and Phonetics.

    She has completed her MCom, ECEd, BEd, and Curriculum Designing, which shape her approach to making concepts clear through storytelling, hands-on activities, visual aids, and digital tools. She uses regular formative assessments and differentiated plans to support diverse learners.

    Ms. Renu Jakhar is an IGCSE Mathematics and Physics teacher with a Master’s degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Education, along with Cambridge training.     Shalini Gupta

    Dipali Metil

    Dipali Metil serves as the Front Desk Manager at OES International School, Vashi. She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree in Commerce.

    As the face of the school, she manages front office operations and is the first point of contact for parents and visitors. She efficiently handles parent enquiries, phone calls, and ensures smooth communication within the school.

    In addition to her front desk responsibilities, she oversees various administrative tasks and manages government portals such as UDISE and Saral, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.

    Jennifer Jose

    Bhawna Dewan

    With more than a decade of experience as a French teacher, Bhawna's path has been enriched with witnessing children enjoy a foreign language and culture.     Vandana Prasad is a passionate and dedicated primary teacher who brings the vibrant world of learning to life in every lesson.

    With 31+ years of experience in teaching and 9 years at OES International School, Vashi, with a strong foundation in the Cambridge curriculum, skilfully integrates innovative teaching methods and interactive learning experiences to engage young minds.

    She has been certified by the prestigious Cambridge Assessment International Education and also has won the ‘Most Impactful Better Learning Moments’ Award, the Dedicated Teacher Award from Cambridge University Press, the Samaritan Rotary Ideal Teacher Award, the Best Performance Award at OES International School, Vashi, etc!

    Sushma Bhatt

    A pre-primary teacher with pleasing persona holding 13 years of practical experience working with young students from reputable Navi Mumbai schools. She is an effective communicator who strives to create a culture of excellence by equipping students with the resources they need, to reach their academic objectives.

    Sushma is a certified Pre-school Teacher who is well-versed in puppetry, storytelling, and creative planning for early years programs. She has also introduced play-based learning methods to young children.

    Shaheen Shaikh

    Shaheen Shaikh completed her economics degree and holds a B.Ed. She has worked as a primary school teacher for two years and as a pre-primary teacher for a year. She is happy to have the chance to work at OES International School and eagerly awaits further chances to establish her credibility and apply her expertise, experience, and knowledge to instruct and mould young minds.

    Pallavi Patil

    Having completed her Bachelors in Maths and Science Pallavi is now pursuing her B.Ed. She feels privileged to be a part of OES international School Vashi. With nine years of teaching experience under her belt, she believes that education should be accompanied by fun which will keep children engaged and engaged throughout the learning process.

    She inculcates children from Grades 1-10 with absolute commitment and enthusiasm. She enjoys singing and listening to music.

    Nikita Subin

    Nikita Subin as a Kindergarten facilitator feels responsibility laying a solid foundation in a student’s life seeing they are the future of our nation. She believes that the communication skills should be enhanced of next generation at early age to facilitate their learning in a better way.

    She is a certified ECCED and specialist in Jolly Phonics preschool teacher carrying experience of years in reputed schools.

    Archana Rathod

    Ms. Archana Rathod is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable of preschool-aged children’s emotional, mental, and physical needs. She focuses on helping our students develop strong social and emotional competencies.

    Sweta Singh

    Ms. Sweta Singh finished the Cambridge training program in addition to earning a master’s degree in chemistry and a B.Ed. from Delhi University. She has completed five years at this institution.
    According to her worldview, education expands one’s awareness. She is aware that each pupil is different, having their own interests, challenges, and skills. As a result, she works to establish a welcoming classroom where every student feels appreciated, respected, and empowered.

Yet, as a math and science enthusiast, she is equally captivated by the elegance of mathematical patterns and the wonders of the natural world. Rather than viewing these passions as separate entities, she sees them as complementary facets of her identity, each enriching the other in unexpected ways.
      She hopes to inspire our students to explore their creative passions and pursue their dreams enthusiastically and enthusiastically.       Asma Siddique

      An erudite science educator with a fervent dedication to fostering intellectual curiosity and scientific literacy Asma Siddique with a penchant for science having a master’s degree in the field of microbiology with the educational proficiency of B.Ed.
      The course of her pursuit as a conscientious educator over the last ten years has left her with great revelations of some of the embedded factors that prompted her decision to turn to this all-important profession. What made her decide to go into preceptorship, might be questioned. It was something more than the choice she made. And it runs very deep: the more and more she works with students, the more and more she realizes to be one of those soldiers whose mission is to enliven and empower teenagers to become independent and self-innovative. Right from the go, she was completely conscious of the great significance empowering entails, as it forms the seed that makes the future and the chance to nourish a well-rounded curiosity that will last forever. This will determine the destiny of our country.
      It has been her accumulating ambition through the years to go beyond academic learning and effect real change in the lives of students, which led her to grasp the crucial role of edifying as a way for that to happen. Over this period, she has embraced the role of an innovator and adaptor having integrated modern technologies and among others enhanced inclusivity to serve the diverse requirements of the students.
      Her walking with the guided learner as a preceptor has been exemplified by the powers of dedication, persistence, and purpose.       Deepa Srinivasan

      She has been in service as a teacher for the past 4 years. She finds herself very fortunate to be in this field where she brings out the curiosity of young minds and shape their lives. Her hobbies are reading, listening to music, traveling, and exploring new places. It gives her immense pleasure to be an educator, as teaching is more than imparting knowledge, it is inspiring change, and inspiring young minds.

      Dr Rashmi Choudhry

      Dr Rashmi Choudhri is an eminent educationist and is a true visionary. She is a dynamic, passionate, and cheerful leader.

      For many years, she has been dedicated to the field of education, striving to create nurturing environments where students can flourish intellectually, emotionally, and socially. Her journey in education has equipped her with a wealth of experiences, from the classroom to administrative roles each shaping my philosophy and approach to leadership.
      The school has been achieving greater heights under her leadership and has consistently ranked among the top schools in Navi Mumbai for the last three years by the surveys conducted by Times of India, and Hindustan Times. and Free Press Journal.
      She has a doctorate in Chemistry and a dual Master’s degree in Organic & Inorganic Chemistry. She also has a B.Ed. degree under her belt.

      She is a regular invitee to many Cambridge Principal conclaves and seminars as a speaker/panellist and is often invited as a motivational speaker. She has spoken about NEP 2020.

      She believes in giving society back with an open heart and was associated with the Rotary Club for more than a decade and held office during 2015-16. She also supported underprivileged children by teaching them English through an NGO named Edifice Foundation.
      She is currently associated with Manglam Charitable Trust which works with cancer patients.
      Her hobbies like music, writing, and sports she has a unique hobby i.e. spreading love in the world.

      ChandanBala Jain

      DR. Chandan Bala Jain, Hindi Teacher of OES International School holds a triple Master’s degree (M.A. in Hindi Literature, M.A. in Economics, M. Ed) and a PhD. As an educator, she inculcates her learning from class I to X with complete dedication and determination to ensure that her subject is learned in the best way by every student. Her hobbies include listening to music and doing creative things in her spare time.

      Manisha Jaiswal

      MANISHA JAISWAL is an enthusiastic educator dedicated to fostering a love for learning in her students. Ever since she could remember, she always dreamed of becoming a teacher. For her, teaching is not a job, it’s a responsibility and this responsibility does not end when the class ends. She doesn’t want to cover the syllabus only but she feels the responsibility to inculcate character, ethics, and morality into her learners. She believes that every child deserves a brighter future and she is grateful for whatever role she plays in helping them to achieve this.”

      She had the privilege of guiding students through their academic journey for more than a decade. Her teaching philosophy revolves around creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences that inspire curiosity and critical thinking.       She is passionate about traveling, shopping, listening to music, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, etc. She believes in the importance of pursuing hobbies that nourish the mind, body, and soul.

      Mayuri Kadam

      Introducing Mayuri Kadam, a passionate and dedicated 22-year-old educator whose commitment to nurturing young minds transcends the conventional classroom boundaries. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media and experience as a reporter and content writer, Mayuri brings a unique perspective to her role as a Grade II facilitator, affectionately known as a ‘mother teacher’ for her compassionate approach. Her journey has seen her explore various avenues, from part-time drama teaching to her current pursuit of a B.Ed. qualification. Mayuri’s unwavering determination, coupled with her innate desire to foster an environment where students feel comfortable to inquire freely, embodies her ethos of lifelong learning and unwavering support for her students.

      Mugdha Virkud

      She is currently working as a Librarian at OES International School. She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree in Commerce.

      She is responsible for managing the school library, maintaining records of books issued and returned, and ensuring proper organization of library resources. She actively engages with students, guiding them in selecting books and encouraging the habit of reading.

      Her role contributes to creating a positive and enriching learning environment, fostering curiosity and a love for reading among students.

      Niharika Jha

      Saraswathi Rajmohan graduated with a BA. English literature and Masters in Human Resources Management.  She passed out her ECCED Zee Learning with an outstanding certificate.

      She is a creative and experienced facilitator well-versed in teaching different age groups of children. She is passionate about helping children reach their full potential and creating a strong foundation for them to build upon for a successful educational future.

      She creates an environment that helps small children in their transition to kindergarten by easing them into organized education. Teaching them important elements that they will encounter soon after they enter kindergarten. She contributes to the healthy mental and emotional development of the child so they can more easily adapt to their next level of education.

      Ms. Shalini is an expert in the field of commerce. At OES International School Vashi, she is the day boarding manager and facilitator, working in this field for the past seven years. She adores it because she feels she can empower young minds. In her free time, she enjoys painting and listening to quality music. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and successfully completed Nursery Teachers Training. A passion for learning and dedication to personal growth and imparting knowledge and skills to others is who she is.

      As a dedicated educator, she is passionate about nurturing creativity and fostering a love for music, art, and crafts among her students. With a comprehensive background in both music and Arts & Craft, she has developed engaging and innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Her primary goal as a facilitator is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students can explore their artistic talents, develop essential skills, and express themselves confidently. Through her expertise and commitment to continuous learning, I aim to inspire the next generation of creative thinkers and artists.
